This review is due to a conflict of interest that we were not made aware of during our purchase. i have had no reply from WHB and will have no other option but to take this further. The estate agent within the deal was related to the seller - we were NOT informed - Section 21 of the Estate Agents Act 1979 specifies what interests must be declared by the agent. Where such an interest exists, Paragraph 10c of the Code of Practice requires the agent to disclose this information, in writing, to all relevant parties at the earliest opportunity.items not as sold on viewing (we learn the hard way), suspect survey (that is being looked into) out of pocket, out of time and pretty p***d off. if and when i get a reply ref. the complaint i shall consider editing the feedback left .
