Brilliant service could not have been more helpful when we had no heating.Can highly recommend Floheat for a very professional service.
Appalling. Please do not use floheat. They fitted us an expensive brand new hot water tank, the two guys who turned up didn't do their job properly and water flooded into my study narrowly missing my computer, into our stairwell too. The tank then leaked, a guy came around the next day and said it wasn't their fault and it took them two weeks to bother coming back, then they tightened a seal but it continued to leak. Finally the manufacturer's came out and replaced a faulty seal. Floheat promised us compensation regarding the amount of time it took to sort it all out and that they'd be getting a return on the faulty tank to which we were entitled to some of, since then they have not returned our calls, emails and pretty much ghosted us. Now we've got boiling hot water flooding from the front of our house from our cold water tank which they said they'd replace, they had not. So unprofessional I'd hate for others to fall into the same issues.

Received outstanding service from FloHeat in installing a new shower at very short notice after two nationwide companies had let me down really badly. FloHeat company representative came to the rescue immediately and the installation engineer was also super-efficient. Friendly and reliable; highly recommended.
