Euro Group moved me to Melbourne, Australia, they helped remove the stress that comes with moving, especially when moving to the other side of the world!! From the surveyor Carl, the crew of George & Sam and the office staff keeping me updated and assisting me with the required documents all went smoothly. My stuff all arrived in one piece and the guys who delivered here were great! Hopefully wont need to use their services again as I've no intention of moving again. However would have no problem recommending! Thank you!!
Avoid at all costs. Euro group were payed by my international movers to move everything in, unpack and assemble. They did not unpack or assemble. very rushed service. Broke the sofa leg then denied it. very poor communication.
No communication for months...I still have not received my shipment ;((
The Euro group have very poor communication and delivery planning. They have been unable to give me a clear date over 7 days .. which is very poor for planning and organizing. I was dealing with them and they neglected to tell me there was an issue with my original shippers. I was communicating with the Eurogroup after they had my goods and it had cleared customs 26 july. They said 10-15 days which I planned my hospital trip around. They neglected to tell me there was a hold on 1st august I only found that out from head of sales 3 days after ... when I asked what was happening... it was resolved very quickly however they didn't stick to their original 10-15 days delivery timeline and cannot give a date more than a week in advance which is vet poor for organization. The team are aggressive and unhelpful
