Called in unexpectedly due to a puncture. Clive, despite being very busy, was absolutely wonderful and arranged to have the tyre changed without delay. Whilst my car was on the ramp, the mechanic also identified a further issue. I was so impressed not only with the polite and courteous service but also with the professionalism of the team.
