Turn around and go to reliable or anywhere else! Worst customer service ever!!!! First problem I should have heeded warning too! Second problem - the rental car had sooooo many issues such as no oil being in the car!!!! I had to stop over to Halfords to get topped up when it took over a gallon of oil! This is unacceptable! I wonder if the company is trying to blame customers for car needing maintenance and repairs. Seriously, turn around and avoid a longggg and unorganized service and the inconvenience of getting maintenance done to a rental car yourself. When I called and told the company the problems with the rental car, they did not care or ask to reimburse me!!!!
Super fast and friendly service. The staff may seam pushy but they have a lot to do very quickly. If you have your ducks in a row it takes no time to get in and out. They prefer people that can drive manual.
The General Manager, himself, picked me up after my 3rd vehicle had to be scrapped, unbeknownst to him. The staff is courteous, professional, and they havent let me down once. The rental process is fast and efficient as well, with everything laid out plain and clear for even slow folks like myself to comprehend. Enjoy England!
Bought two cars there, one of the salesmen is pretty rude, the other is super sweet. But this dealership is very good. They have always done well by us and are always trying to help us out if anything ever comes up. They do get really great cars every once in a while with low mileage and looking good. You just have to make sure you check every week or month to see whats available since cars dont last long, especially automatic cars. We used the payment plan for both our cars, payment plan is cash only. The monthly inspection program is worth it and not expensive. Would recommend :)
